As Creative Strategy VP, Paula Nadal is responsible for identifying opportunities in new and in current clients and for structuring more strategic proposals and communications programs, considering H+K methodologies and expertises. Paula creates strategies, narratives and experiences that strength client’s business and purpose. All of them, taking the digital universe as a guide to understand behaviors, platforms, trends and new production tendencies. As her key accounts at Ideal H+K, we can mention: XP Inc, Bradesco Seguros, Spotify, Uber, Volkswagen, Pfizer, Tourism New Zealand, Ambev, Dell, Embraer, DSM etc.
With more than 13 years of professional experience, Paula leads strategy, content, creative, digital & optimization, data & analytics and business development teams at Ideal H+K in Brazil. Prior to be at Ideal H+K, Paula was worked at Edelman, responsible for multiplatform strategies for more than 20 clients in different industries (Decathlon, GE, AMD, Abbott, Ambev, HP, Kimberly-Clark, Novelis, Liberty Insurance, Odebrecht, Dow, Votorantim Cimentos and others). Paula is journalist, postgraduated in Semiotics at PUC – São Paulo. She also worked at Abril Group, where she was editor of brands as Nova Escola and BRAVO!.
Besides Portuguese, her native language, Paula speaks English, a little bit of Spanish, French, Italian and a little bit of Chinese.
